Meet Our Emcees

Dave Lapham graduated from Syracuse University in 1974. He was a three-year letterman and the captain of the football team. He was drafted in the third round of the 1974 NFL draft and played ten seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals as an offensive lineman. During the ‘81-’82 season, his Bengals team won the AFC Central Division and the AFC Championship and then advanced to Super Bowl XVI.

Dave is entering his 32nd season as color analyst on the Cincinnati Bengals Radio Network. Dave is a Sports Talk contributor for 700 WLW and 1530 ESPN. Dave has been a college football analyst for 24 seasons and also does the “Big 12 Game of the Week” on Fox Sports Net. Dave was also a color analyst for the High School Football Game of the Week for Fox Sports Ohio. Dave Lapham has been the Cincinnati Bengals Player Representative to the national Taste of the NFL since 1998.



Bob Herzog joined the Local 12 team at the end of 2005 and since then has worn many hats at the station. He currently anchors Good Morning Cincinnati. The notorious tradition known as Dance Party Friday, for better or worse, was Bob`s creation, and the off-beat segment, The Cooler, also gets the “Bob Treatment” each day.

Bob is a Cincinnati guy. More specifically, he`s a proud West Side guy. As a hometown boy, he takes special pride in getting involved in community events. From the Rusty Ball and the Delhi Skirt Game, to the Freestore Foodbank`s Hunger Walk and JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes, Bob is always inspired to see neighbors helping neighbors.

He graduated from Oak Hills High School, and Xavier University where he majored in Communications: Electronic Media and minored in Natural Sciences. Bob also obtained a law degree from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.

Bob loves all kinds of music and movies and has a passion for basketball, but his number one hobby is spending time with his wife and four children.



Josh Martinez is from Brooklyn and has lived in the area since November. He is currently the night host on KISS 107 in Cincinnati and Channel 999 in Dayton.
