Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel of JR Cincy Restaurants serves as this year’s Taste of the NFL co-host.We had a chance to learn a bit more about Chef as we gear up for the event. We were curious about his take on the one must-have dish at Jean-Robert’s Table. His response:
“I would go with the Surf & Turf Tartare. It’s very fresh with the beef. Many of our customers come there just for that.”
